Kadai Paneer

Firstly for preparing kadai masala take a pan and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds,red chilliy and pepper corn balls and dry roast for 1 minute.

Grind it into fine powder.

Take a Kadai and heat oil/butter in it. Add chopped onions to it.

Cook it until it turns brown and then add tomato puree to it.

Mix it well by adding ginger, garlic and green chilies into it.

Cook the masala until it separates oil. Add salt and mix it well.

On the other hand the pan and add a spoon of butter in it. Once it is heated add sliced tomatoes, onions, and panner to it.

Saute it well and add salt.

Now add the Kadai masala into it and toss it nicely.

Now mix the dry vegetables into the gravy and adjust its consistency by adding water.

Cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
Kadai paneer is ready to eat.
