250 gmmilk
1 tspLemon juice
250 gmmaida/All-purpose Flour
1 tspfood colouring (red)
1 tspwhite till/ sesame seeds for topping
2 tspghee
200 gmsugar
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Take a cake tin..apply oil or ghee at base

Pour the batter into tin and bake in a preheated cooker for 40 minutes

Check your cake and add some white til topping at this point.

Your delicious cake is ready serve cold
