First of all take all vegitables heat butter in a pan and let it melt

Than add all chopped vegitables one by one like carrot,peas and onion

Mix well and cook for five minutes cover it with lid after that remove the lid and mix again

Now add capcicum and tomato mix it and cook for two minutes also add salt and mix it

Now add all spices like bhuna jeera powder,haldi powder and red chilli Powder

Mix again and cover with the lid and cook for two minutes after that remove the lid and add oats and mix well

After that add one and half glass of water mix it and cook for two minutes

After two minutes off the gas and serve it hot and garnish with coriander leaves
