Ingredients

  • 2 cupcabbage graded
  • 2 cupcarrot graded
  • 4 tablespoonchilli ginger garlic paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 bunchspring onion
  • 2capsicum
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 table spoon cornflour
  • 4 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 4 tablespoonvinegar
  • 2 tablespoonchilli

  1. 1

    First pour graded cabbage and carrot in bowl add salt,chilli ginger garlic paste, maida and cornflour

    Mix all ingredients properly make soft dough take a small portion from the dough and make a ball

    Now deep fry these balls until its colour changes to golden brown

    Meanwhile take a utensil heat up oil add chilli ginger garlic paste then add spring onion and capsicum,salt cook for 5 minutes on high flame then soya sauce,vinegar and chilli sauce to it.Switch off the flame.

    Then add fried balls in this gravy
