  • 2Eggs
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1/2 cupFresh orange juice
  • 1.25 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 cupCaster sugar
  • 1 tspOrange zest
  • 1/2 tspVanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspOrange color

Steps

45 min
  1. 1

    Sift flour and baking powder and set a side

  2. 2

    Beat eggs until fluffy

  3. 3

    Add sugar beat 2 min

  4. 4

    Add Orange juice then oil then zest then vanilla essence and color and keep beating

  5. 5

    Add flour and fold gently

  6. 6

    Pour in greased bowl tap on shelf

  7. 7

    And bake in pateela for 45 min, serve and enjoy
