Creamy Egg Salad

Steps

Place cheese and mayo in mixing bowl, beat till creamy.

Place eggs in food processor and blend until it’s in small crumbs.

Stir eggs and relish together with cheese and mayo, add salt and pepper, stir until well blended. Taste, add more seasoning if desired.

Serve immediately or refrigerate at least an hour. Refrigerate leftovers (if there is any) up to 3 days. Enjoy!
