Cooking Instructions

Hard boil eggs for 10 minutes. Tip on peeling after cooled: gently hit egg on counter on the top and bottom, then gently roll it back and forth putting slight pressure on the shell. Run under cool water and peel.

Slice/grate the eggs into a bowl. Eyeball the mayonnaise and mix in the mustard, relish, and Tajin. Use an egg beater to get rid of too big of chunks.

Add in salt and pepper depending on taste preferences

Mix until well coated/tastes good :p don't be afraid to adjust the recipe.
