Steps

Take a bowl add Rava, jeera salt, red pepper, curd& some water in it.

Mix it well to make a smoth better. Add ENO in it.

Take microwave safe idli stand grease it. & put mixture in it. & bake it for 2 min @ 600°.

After baking cut it into small pcs.

Now take a pan add oil & heat it. Add jeera & mustard seed. When it gets start cracking then add onion in it. Fry the onion until it get brown. Now add salr, red pepper & tomato sauce in & add idli in it.

Mix them well & garnish it with coriander. Rava Idli is ready to serve
