Ingredients

1 cupFinger millet powder
1 cupPearl millet powder
1 cupLittle millet powder
1Onion big (cut into small pieces)
2Green chill (finely chopped)
1 tspCumin powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 cupYogurt
1/2 cupOil
as requiredWater

Steps

Mix all the power ingredients

Add yogurt, onion, chilli, salt, and water for dosa consistency
3

Mix well and keep for 30 min
4

In dosa pan brush oil and spread the batter cover and cook for 3min
5

Flip and cook (uncover) for 3 min, if you like you can add little ghee
6

Serve with red chutney
