Ingredients

  • 90 gwhite sugar
  • 20 mlwater
  • 2eggs
  • 220 mlmilk
  • 6 dropsvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, put the 40g white sugar and water, medium heat until brown and set aside

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs not to bubble and put the 50g sugar, milk and vanilla

  3. 3

    Pour into the caramelized cup thru strainer
