Wash soak& griend to make a paste. Rest it overnight.Now mix all ingredients nicely.Heat a paddu pan.greased all cavity with oil.

Now fill a laddleful batter on each cavity.Cover it 2-3mints.Than flip it &again cover it.In.the mean time take a grienderjar put roasted chanadal,roasted peanuts grated coconut, ginger, greenchilli,salt,one stem curryleaves &1/2cup curd.Griend it to make a paste.

Transfer a bowl.Than seasoning it with oil, rai, cuminseeds,curryleaves&greenchilli.Paddu also ready. Paddu serve with coconut chutney.
