Ingredients

  1. 1ripe banana
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/4 cupoats
  4. 1 tbspground flax seeds(optional)
  5. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  6. Dashsalt
  7. 1/2 tspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the banana then add the egg and mix

    Asd the rest of the ingredients and mix

  3. 3

    Set your stove from medium to high heat and cook pancakes from each side for 2-3 mins, dont forget to spray olive oil on the pan

  4. 4

    Add whatever topping you like(I like a spray of honey) and enjoy😄
