Me and my Maggi manchurian. It's very crunchy and delicious.
Steps

Chop all vegetables and crush a packet of maggi.

Take a big bowl, mix all chopped vegetables, corn flour, salt, little bit ajinomoto, green and red chilli, ginjar, ½ tsp of chilli sauce and crushed Maggi mixed it. (Keep some chopped veggies aside for gravi)

Make little balls and coat all balls with crushed Maggi.

Take a pan, heat the oil, deep fry until all balls are golden brown

Heat a pan and add 2 spoon oil and add ginger, chilli, chopped vegetables, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, black pepper.
take a spoon of corn flour, add some water and mix it. - 6
Boil the gravy and add the maggi balls.

Delicious maggi manchurian is ready now.
Serve it.
