Brinjal potato curry

Firstly cut the potatoes and pour brinjal in water

Heat a oil and add hing and shallow fry the potatoes and brinjal in high flame then sprinkle some salt...after that keep it in a plate

In a bowl add 2tsp coriander powder, 1tsp red Chilli powder, 1tsp garam masala,1tsp jeera powder add3tsp water and mix it well kept aside

In a grinder add 3onions,4-5garlic pods make a puri and in a same oil add onion paste and soak masalas cook it well add dried kasuri methi

Pour 3tomatoes (paste)in a mixer close the lid

Then add brinjal and potatoes close the lid and cook for 15min after that add 2cups of water again close the lid
