Steps

Let’s peel all the garlic and slit them into half. Now wash them & dry them on a cloth or tissue paper for 30 mins. Please make sure there is no water in the garlic.

Let’s take fennel seeds, yellow mustard, black mustard, fenugreek seeds & grind them coarsely. Keep the coarse powder aside. Now let’s take the pan, add mustard oil & make it hot until smoke comes from the oil. Now let it cool down little bit then add the coarse powder into it & mix it well. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida & mix it well.

Now add the sliced dried garlic, add salt, mix it properly & let it be completely cool down. Once it is cold, add vinegar and mix it well. Now garlic pickle is ready to serve & eat.
