Soak urad dal for 2-3 hrs.

Grind it to smooth paste. Add heeng and jeera. Beat the batter till smooth consistency. You can also chk by dropping small amt of batter into water. If it floats then it is done. Take another vessel with water and add sugar and salt into it.

Take a wok. Add refined oil. Heat it. Now start making pakodas. Cook till golden brown. When they are done take them out on paper. Then soak in water.

Squeeze the water. Place them in a bowl. Add dahi, salt, chaat masala and meethi chutney. Ready to serve.
