I cooked this for my other half coz swallow is his favorite. We all enjoyed it.

Peel the yam and cut moderate size

Wash and put in a pot add water enough to cover the yam add small amount of sugar.

Allow to cook completely and become very soft. Remove the yam and place in motor, food processor or pounded yam machine to make the yam pounded. Use cling film and roll the pounded yam or make any fancy style of choice. Served mine with rich egusi soup.
