Take a thin chicken breast piece marinade with salt and pepper, siracha sauce, soya sauce and ginger garlic paste. Set aside for 1 hour.

In a grill pan or fry pan add oil and place chicken fillet. Cook until done from both sides.

Take a slice of bread, spread thousand island dressing and place the Cooked chicken.

Spread pizza cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes.
