First, take wheat flour gram flour then add salt turmeric powder dry fenugreek seeds ginger green chili onion crushed cumin & coriander seeds then add ghee or oil.

After that mix by hand nicely now make a soft dough with the help of water then apply the oil on the dough and rest at least for 10-12 minutes.

Now take a small portion of the dough and apply dry wheat flour now roll with the help of the roller now apply the water on one side and roast on the twa make sure waterside below the twa.

Now reverse the TWA and directly roast the roti on the gas and apply the ghee or butter or oil.

Tip: make sure take iron twa
Add water little by a little while kneading the dough, so that the dough does not become too soft. - 6
When the roti starting bubbling then the twa was turned upside down.
