Maggi's magic masala comes in really handy to make some quick fixes like stir fried vegetables, spiced rice or soups.
Steps

Wash and Chop pumpkin in pieces. Grate ginger and tomato.

Heat cooking oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put asofoetida.

Add grated ginger and tomato and saute till oil leaves the sides. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder and mix well.

Add chopped pumpkin and mix. Place the lid and cook till 2 whistles. Let pressure releases automatically.

Open the lid and mash it thorougly with masher. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes till water gets dry.

Empty a packet of maggi magic masala and mix well.

Serve hot with chapatti or parantha garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
