Wash and soak urad dal for 2,3 hours.

Grind it to fine paste adding little water, beat with hand for 5min to make it light, add rice flour, salt,hing mix it well.

In a bowl add curd and beat it till smooth,make tadaka with oil, musterd seeds,curry leaves add to curd,add salt and coriander leaves to it mix well keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai, take spoonfull of urad batter make hole in middle with thumb and drop in oil, fry till golden brown.

Now dip the fried wadaa in curd mixture soak for 5min.

Place soaked dahi Vada in serving bowl and serve.
