Pakora are delicious crispy fried snack made with gram flour and vegetable and spices ,
Pakora is a very healthy food , but it have more calories because its deep fried in oil , I'm going to skip frying ,and making pakora without oil .

Steps

Wash the spinach in runny water

Add potato, cabbage,onion, cilantro and green chilli,

Add gram flour and all spices
Then mix with water,
Rest it minimum 1 hour. - 4
All ingredients mix together,
Heat the nonstick pan add 1 tablespoon mixture each on the pan. Place all your pakora mixture on pan,let it cook until tender on medium low flame - 5
Cover with lid and let cook in steam,

After few minutes flip it to other side, then cover again with lid and let it cook more

When it done transfer in serving plate enjoy with chutney.
