  • Tomato, pepper & onions
  • Eggs
  • Fish (optional)
  • Oil & seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel ur potatoes cut into ur desire shape wash thoroughly and cook till soft and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in a pan, bring ur grated ingredients + fish and fry in a low heat, pour in the egg stir very well add ur potatoes and seasonings stir together and allow to cook for 2mins then SERVE😋Enjoy😋.
