First add oil to the pan, now as the oil gets heated add crushed garlic and when the garlic turns into light golden brown colour at this time add gawar and potato saute it well

After 5 minutes add salt and ster it well and close it with a lid

After 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes and ster it well and add to it red chili powder, haldi powder, coriander powder.

And now add 1/2 cup of water and ster it and close the lid for 10 minutes and let the food cook in a low flame

After 10 minutes serve it in a bowl and garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves
