Drumstick Curry

Pressure cook drumsticks for 4 whistles.

Take small onions and cut into small pieces.

Now remove the seeds inside the pressure cooked drumstick.

Heat kadai. Add oil. Once it is heated, add mustard seeds, asafoetida.

Now add small onions, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Then add removed drumsticks stuff to the kadai. Then add red chilli and garam masala powder.

Add curry leaves and allow to boil for 2 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Delicious drumstick curry is ready to serve.
