In a pot take water, add salt and oil. Bring it to boil.

Once the water starts to boil, reduce the flame. Now add the bajra flour into the hot water and mix carefully. Cover this and let it cook in steam for around 2-3 minutes.

After 2-3 minutes turn off the flame and transfer the dough to any flat plate.

When the dough is still warm knead it by sprinkling water. You'll get a soft dough.

Take a big lemon sized dough, roll it into thin roti by dusting it with some dry bajra flour.

Heat the tawa on medium flame, cook the roti well on both side.

Once done keep it covered so that it turns soft.

Serve it with a choice of sabji.
