To begin with Rajasthani khooba roti in a large bowl add flour salt and water

Mix together with your hands to form crumbs add water make a smooth yet stiff dough

Leave for few minutes

Pinch lemon sized balls roll to make balls.roll out dough ball to make thick round roti

Spread little ghee on one side of roti and place that side on the tawa

After 20 seconds flip roti and start pinching on top of roti
- 7
Keep pinching till full roti is covered flip roti and roast from patterned side
- 8
Cook evenly pour ghee on roti and serve
