To make masala for dosa, heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds curry leaves, chopped onions, and some until the onions are soft and pinkish.

Now add tomatoes and let them simmer and become soft. Then add red chili powder as per the spice requirement, turmeric, and chopped potatoes and peas(optional), and cook it until the potatoes are soft. Ow let the bhaji cool down and them smash it in order to fill it in a rava dosa

To make Rava dosa, take 1 cup Rava, 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp rice four and salt.

Add 2.5 cups water and coriander to make a runny and flowing consistency batter. You can also add chopped onions to the batter but this is totally optional.

Heat the oil in pan and pour the mixture first on outer sides and then on the inner sides.

Do not try to flip it immediately.. rava dosa takes a lot of time to cook so I would suggest you making on two pans simultaneously. Flip only when you see the edges have become brown and dry.

Now the basic rava dosa is ready..fill it with potato masala, grated cheese, chopped capsicum and baby corn and fold it and serve with chutney.
Capsicum, baby corn and grated carrots are totally optional
