  2. 1Fresh sashimi grade tuna (as desired)
  3. 1Boiled shirasu (as desired)
  4. 1Shredded nori seaweed (to taste)
  5. 1Shiso leaves (as needed)
  6. 1White sesame seeds (to taste)
  7. 1Green onions (to taste)
  8. Marinade
  9. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  10. 2 tbspMirin
  11. 1 tbspSake

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the sake and mirin in a small pot and bring to a boil over low heat to evaporate the alcohol. Let cool, then add the soy sauce to finish the marinade.

    Marinade the tuna in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

    Top the rice with shredded nori.
