Easy Tartar Sauce

This is a simplified version!!

I used lemon juice, but if you have fresh lemon, you should use it!!
If you don't have lemon juice or fresh lemon, you can use Italian dressing.

It's convenient if you make it right in the bowl that it will be served in to prevent dirtying extra dishes.
One day my friend had told me that she needed to buy some pickles. When I asked what she was making, she said tartar sauce!! I think it's such a waste to buy pickles just for that purpose. It's fine if you like pickles and have them at home, but otherwise using parsley is totally fine. Recipe by mielle

  2. 2

Put all of the ingredients into the bowl with the egg yolk and mix everything together while mashing the yolk. It's done.

  3. 3

It's convenient to buy a bag of minced parsley and keep it stored in the freezerso that you don't have to mince it.

  4. 4

My friend suggested seasoning it with salt and pepper. I like a mildly salty and sweet taste, but if you want to add salt and pepper, go for it!!
