  • 200 gm urad dal soaked overnight
  • 500 gm ginger grated
  • 3green chillies
  • 50 gms curry leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 200 mloil

    Mix the soaked dal, curry leaves 50 gms curry leaves, chillies, grated ginger. Grind for ten minutes. Do not let it soften too much.

    Start putting the dough in frying kadai remove when done. Allow it to come to room temperature. Soak in water for 20 mnts.Remove water. Totally. Add thick cold curd. Add jeera powder and red chilli powder top it up with thick curd. Enjoy....
