I love celery. Because its leaves are also tasty and fragrant, I stir-fried them with some potatoes, and seasoned with mayo and soy with grainy mustard as an accent.

You could also use bacon or fish sausages instead of wiener sausages. Recipe by Mimato

  1. 1Potato
  2. 1Celery (do not throw out the leaves)
  3. 2Wiener sausages
  4. 1 tbspplus Mayonnaise
  5. 1 tbspplus Soy sauce
  6. 1/2 tbspplus Grainy mustard
  7. 1 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Peel the potato. Julienne and soak in water. Drain in a colander. Also julienne the wiener sausages and celery.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and soy sauce as you cook. Then add the grainy mustard. Mix everything well as you stir-fry.

  3. 3

Season with salt and pepper to finish. It's better to keep the toothsome texture of the celery and potato.
