Here is the most awaited dish of the year😍😋 everyone's favourite kachnaar which is treasure of health as well.my family usually love to have kachnaar with mutton but today we enjoyed with qeema.Kachnar is rich in vital essential nutrients of vitamin C, B vitamins, key minerals of calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, zinc, besides requisite macronutrients of reducing-sugar carbohydrates, dietary fibers, proteins and healthy unsaturated fats.

Heat oil in wok add onions and whole spices fry for 1 minute then add ginger garlic

I had very soft and riped tomatoes,crushed them in mortar n pestle lightly then added with mince and dry spices

Mix and cover it cook on medium low flame for 10 to 15 minutes

Remove thi lid and cook on hight flame until oil seperates now add kachnar buds and yoghurt

Fry for 3 minutes then cover it and simmer for 15 minutes

Add green coriander and whole spice powder and turn of the flame

Serve and enjoy with makhan wali roti or paratha😍😋❤
