Oil mein piyaz aur garam masala aur 2 green chilli kaat ke dalen. Piyaz ko golden brown ho jae us mein adrak lehsan daal ke bhone.

Ab qeema daal ke bhone, ab is mein namak, mirch, haldi, dhania aur tamatar dal ke achi tarah bhon ke pani daal ke galne rakh dain.

Qeema gal jae to us mein palak kaat ke daal dain. Palak gal jae to garam masala aur green chilli daal ke dam pe rakh dain. Naan ke sath serve karen.
