Steps

Take urad dal and moong dal. clean washed and soaked in water for 2 hours. after that grind soaked dal in a grinding jar and make a smooth paste.

Take grind dal in a mixing bowl add 1 tsp salt and mix well. whisk it with your hand for 5 minutes. heat oil in a kadhai. grease your palm with oil. take a little amount of dal mixture put on the palm spread in a circle shape. make whole in the middle and add this vada carefully in hot oil.

Fry the vada until they turn golden brown. In a bowl add two cups of water. remove the vada from the oil and put it in water. leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Now take curd in bowl.whisk it add 1/2 tsp salt. served the vada in a plate pour 2 tbsp curd on vada.sprinkle some black salt and red chili powder add some green chutney, tamarind chutney. sprinkle chilli flakes and cumin powder. serve it
