Cooking Instructions

Take a heavy bottom kadai boil the milk and keep stirring it till it is reduced to half.

Take another pan boil cow milk and make Chenna. Take out in a plate and mash it for 3-4 minutes until it becomes soft and tender.

Chop all the nuts and soak the kesar in boiling milk and add sugar and boil it for another 7-8 minutes.

Make small balls of the chenna and in a another pan boil water with sugar and let it boil. Then add chenna balls in it and cover it for for another 12-14 minutes.
Let it cool. - 5
Press the chenna balls and put it in kesar milk
Decorate with some nuts and keep it in fridge.
