First soak the rice atleast 1 hour then grind corresly now boil the milk

Now add corresly grind rice and cook until rice becomes cook well then add cardomam powder and milkmaid now divide the phirni in to portion now take a one portion and add 1/2 portion of sugar Rose gulkand syrup gulab emulsion & rose petals and cook for 3- 4 minute navroz velvet fihrni is ready now decorate with rose petals & chopped pistachio

Now take a pen heat the ghee then add 1/2 portion of sugar and melt it and cool for 2-3 minutes then add another portion of fhirni and cook for 4-5 minutes then add butterscotch essence now butterscotch fhirni is ready now cool down the fhirni then decorate with butterscotch nuts and chopped pistachio
