Mix vegetables spicy korma
Steps

Firstly take a mix half kg vegetables clean n wash n chopped in a container add little water n keep in the pressure cooker.

Cover the lid n whistle 2 n switch of the flame n cool, and after that take all the above ingredients together, chopped onion, tomatoes, Corainder leaves,

Now our veggies r ready to cook heat the pan pour oil,

Add cumin seeds n all whole garam masala add chopped onion n salt n saute for a minutes,

Add ginger garlic paste n mix add chopped tomatoes n mix it well add dry masala turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, Kashmiri Lal powder, kanda lasun masala.

Mix it well n cook for a 2 minutes add ready made korma masala mix with milk, add roasted onion n coconut ginger garlic masala,

And mix it well n cook for 5 minutes add boil veggies n little water again mix it well.

Sprinkle some Corainder leaves n cook another 5 minutes, our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty Mix vegetables spicy korma is ready to eat serve hot in a serving dish sprinkle some Corainder leaves.
