First wash the sabudana and soak at least 4 hours now take a mixer jar add sabudana samak rice curd salt sugar,water and grind it and make smooth paste dosa batter is ready and rest for 15 minutes

For stuffing heat the oil then add cummin seeds green chillies carrot capsicum and saute well now add potatoes salt and black pepper and mix well now the stuffing is ready

For chutney Baker mixer jar add curd coconut peanut salt sugar black pepper green chillies water and grind well
Now take a non-stick tawa spread the oil on the twa then put the dosa batter on the tawa and roast until dosa becomes Brown bottom of the side - 4
Then put the stuffing centre of the and fold it now serve with chutney
