Sweet and Savory Artichokes

Since my father has a light case of diabetes, I often buy artichokes since they help his lower blood sugar levels. Since he likes sweet and savory burdock root, I made a similar dish with artichokes. I love the crispy, crunchy texture.

Sweet and Savory Burdock Root Just Like from the Deli Sweet and Savory Burdock Root Just Like from the Deli
Sweet and Savory Burdock Root is a popular dish offered in delis.I've always had a constant craving for that taste, so I recreated it at home. When deep frying the burdock root, separate the pieces with your hands while adding them to the oil. Otherwise, they will get stuck together. It's easy if you shake together the burdock and katakuriko in a nylon or plastic bag filled with air. Recipe by Nassan cookpad.japan -

Sweet and Savory Stewed Pork Liver Sweet and Savory Stewed Pork Liver
To add nutrients to my family's diet, I came up with this easy recipe for iron-rich pork liver.Since this dish has a lot of vitamin A, I don't recommend it for pregnant women in their first trimester, since excess intake of vitamin A should be avoided.Milk and sake are effective in eliminating the strong smell of liver, so even kids will be able to eat this dish. It's tender and more delicious than the version you find sold at meat deli counters.Wrap it in Korean lettuce for veggie intake and kill two birds with one stone.Quickly cook the liver.
