Steps

Marinate chicken for least 1 hr. Longer marination,better result. Make tomato paste.soak almonds/cashew.remove skin and make paste.I hv used chicken with bones yet it is oftenly made withboneless.

Melt butter in pot.add oil as well. Add marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes.add tomato paste and all spices.mix well.let it cook till chicken is tender and tomato paste is cooked.add in almond paste as well.

Lastly add milk and cream.after adding cream do not cook longer. Mix well,sprinkle garammasala and turn off heat

Garnish with chop fresh coriander.top up with butter cube and serve with naan. Enjoy with team zafran cookpad
