Ingredients

  • 1 cupvermicelli
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • Handfuldryfruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok add ghee and roast vermicelli till golden.

  2. 2

    Then add milk and cook till vermicelli become soft.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Again cook for five minutes.

  5. 5

    Vermicelli is ready to serve.

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold as per choice.
