Boil milk.add vinegar and water in a bowl. Gas off.add vinegar little little.

Milk become curdly.

Stain water.chenna sperate in malmal cloth.

Dip in cool water.till vinegar remove. Remove all exseess water.

Add 2 glass water and sugar.make sugar syrup.boiling.add cardmon powder.

Chenna put on thali. Put muslin cloth on chhena soaked all water.

Mashed. rubbing with palm 10 minutes. Binding chhena.

Divided small pieces.makes balls.

Boiling sugar syrup. Gas high flame put balls in center.all put in syrup.boiling high flame 15 minutes.cool in room temperature. Then keep in refrigerator for chilled cool.
