  4. 3guajillo chiles
  5. 5bay leaves
  6. 6allspice berries
  7. 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  8. 5cloves
  9. 2garlic cloves
  10. 1 tablespooncumin
  11. salt to taste
  12. chopped cilantro to taste
  13. lime halves to taste
  14. corn tortillas to taste
  15. 1/2red bell pepper

    Start by hydrating the soy in boiling water with salt and bay leaves for about 10 minutes until softened. Remove, let cool, and squeeze out the water.

    Soften the chiles in boiling water. Once soft, blend them with vinegar, cinnamon, allspice, cumin, cloves, garlic, half of the onion, and salt until you get a sauce.
