  • 1egg
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4th cup oil or butter
  • 1/4th cup flour
  • 1/6th cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cupstrawberries
  • 2 tspstrawberry syrup
  • Fee drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/4th cup of melted chocolate chips

20 min.
  1. 1

    Grease the pan, keep aside.
    Beat eggs until they are fluffy.
    Add sugar.
    Keep beating.

    Add oil/butter.
    Add vanilla essence and chocolate & strawberry syrup.
    Keep beating.
    Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt.
    add them to the wet mixture and fold...

    Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
