I made my regular teriyaki dish with tofu.

Cut the tofu into eighths. Wipe off any excess water and coat it with katakuriko.

Spread a decent amount of oil in a frying pan. Add the tofu and fry both sides until nicely colored.

Combine and mix all the ☆ ingredients.

When the tofu is done, wipe off any excess oil. Add the mixed ☆ condiments and mix over high heat to finish!
