Firefly Squid Ajillo

I love firefly squid. I just came up with this recipe one day and was surprised that it turned out so delicious.
Use plenty of oil since that's the key for a delicious ajillo. Don't reduce it by worrying about the calories!
Don't forget to prepare a bottle of wine, which goes really well with this. Recipe by Setsubunhijiki

Steps
- 1
Remove the eyes and beaks off the firefly squid (they come off easily when you squeeze them with your fingers. In the photo, the beak can be found at the back of the legs). Thinly slice or finely chop the garlic. Mince the parsley.
- 2
Heat olive oil in a small frying pan and cook the garlic slowly over low heat to bring out the aroma.
- 3
Add the firefly squid. Turn up the heat and stir fry. Season with plenty of salt.
- 4
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with baguette slices for dipping in the delicious sauce.
