Pan fry ground pork with Bean curd sheet, edamame and preserved mustard stem

Use 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and one teaspoon sugar to marinade ground pork.Add a teaspoon of oil. Fry ground pork first.

Strip bean curd sheet. When the ground pork turn brown, add the strip beancurd. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of water. Fry for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add edamame to fry. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the preserved mustard stem. Stir for 1 minute.
