Take one small tadka pan. Add oil, mustard seeds and curry patta. Fry for one minute. Keep aside

Take paddu maker add mustard seeds and curry patta mixture in each section.

Pour idli batter. Cover with lid for 4-5 minutes then turn paddu with the help of knife and again cook for 3-4 minutes. Paddu is ready.

For red and coconut Chutney churn all the ingredients and make tadka with the mustard seeds and curry patta.
