Fluffy Okara Pizza

I was thinking how I could use this chewy okara dough, and I thought making a pizza would be the best. It was delicious.
If you change the amount of water and katakuriko, the chewy texture may change as well!?
The pizza in the profile photo is browned only a little bit as I thought it would look better this way.
But it's probably better to brown it a bit more! Recipe by Kohatan mama

Steps
- 1
Combine the okara, katakuriko, salt and pepper, and mix well. Add the water to the mixture, watching the texture. Once the dough has become soft like earlobes (once the dough has come together), roll into a ball. Roll the dough out until it's about 1 cm thick.
- 2
Once you've rolled out the pizza crust, spread pizza sauce, add toppings of your choice (I used Japanese leek & boiled chicken tenderloins this time) and cheese on top. Bake in the toaster oven for 5 to 6 minutes until brown.
